Congratulations! I wish you and your cat a healthy and happy pregnancy and delivery, and lovely forever homes when the time comes.
To answer your question, I couldn't remember when I first noticed Indigo developing a belly, but I blogged about it here http://indikon-tonkinese.blogspot.com/2010/11/bump_9366.html when she was about 4 1/2 weeks. I assume it was fairly firmish- it certainly was at the end of her pregnancy when everything was pretty tightly packed- she had six!- and she liked nothing better than to have her tummy rubbed at that point.
Hope that helps, and thank you for reading my blog :)
Although this blog was made a year ago, I also currently have a pregnant cat. I'm searching google to find out how many weeks pregnant she is, being that she's a stray that we only found earlier today :)
Hello Zozo. Can you see the kits moving inside her? Unless your cat is very shorthaired, that usually means birth is not far away- a week, perhaps? Thank you for taking her in, poor kitty
this is so lovely, my cat is pregnant, but she will only be around three weeks and has a bit of a hard belly, did you find this with your cat?
